Refund Policy

We know you are very excited when you make purchase on the site and eagerly count your days for the product delivery. Just follow below steps lodge your return request and we will process it as we can. 

Eligibility:

  1. Item is broken when you received your parcel.
  2. Parcel is lost

Below items we need to process your refund: (Supporting documents) 

  1. Provide proof of purchase
  2. Provide proof of broken item (photograph)

What’s included in refund?

INCART only covers item’s price when you lodge refund.  

What’s excluded in refund?

INCART will not reimburse postage costs for refund.  

How we process the refund?

Once you have submitted your refund request along with supporting documents, INCART team will review it and process within 3-5 working days.  We will provide you refund credit code which you can use for your next purchase on the website.
